Tomsey Engineering and Services International Limited is an indigenous company incorporated in 1992 to provide Engineering, Procurement and Construction services to the Nigerian Oil and Gas, Power, Petrochemicals, Government and Industrial sectors. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

 

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description & Responsibilities
Office Management:

  • Manage and execute inbound and outbound mailing list
  • Acknowledge all inbound mails and RFQs and forward requests to relevant departments
  • Manage the company’s reception area, ensuring it is conducive and suitable for clients and other external parties

Brand Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies
  • Manage internal and external corporate communications of the company
  • Manage the company’s online brand identity, including the website and social media platforms

Social Media Optimization:

  • Ensure optimal presence of company’s brand on social media platforms
  • Responsible for effective online/digital marketing
  • Create, develop and implement digital marketing tools and strategy

Clients Relationship Management:

  • Maintain steady contacts with clients across all departments
  • Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and reviews
  • Conduct periodic business process reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with quality of products and services
  • Manage and maintain an up-to-date database of customers and KYC documentation
  • Ensure effective management of key accounts by ensuring regular communication and maintaining records of clients
  • Liaise with new and existing clients to identify service needs

Collaboration:

  • Monitor company performance against service level agreement and flagging potential issues
  • Escalate and resolve concerns raised by clients
  • Generate and pass leads to the sales team and follow up on the progress
  • Keep up-to-date records of tender platforms such as; NIPEX, ETC.
  • Monitor and compute comprehensive database of competition and market trend
  • Be alert to changes within client companies
  • Alert the Business Development and marketing teams to opportunities for further sales within client companies

Job Qualification & Skills

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree / HND in any Social Sciences, Humanities, Business Administration disciplines.
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant experience as a client relations officerin a similar organization.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft office tools e.g. excel, word, etc.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Friendly and pleasant voice
  • Engaging and outgoing personality
  • Excellent record-keeping and data entry skills
  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills to resolve complex queries.
  • Technology and Social Media savvy.
  • Organized, thorough, and attentive to details.
  • Good listening and negotiations skills
  • Superior problem-solving skills in business and everyday relationships

Salary
N60,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
