Job Title: Full-Stack Engineer

Employment Type: Full-time Remote

Working Hours: 48 hours/week

Location: Remote (Open to Nigerian candidates)

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $250/month (attendance-based)
• Performance Bonus: $150-250+/month
• Total Compensation Range: $350-500+/month
• Higher compensation available for exceptional performance

Job Description:

Technical Requirements:

• Frontend Development: Proficient in Vue.js framework
• Backend Development: Expert in Python and FastAPI
• Database: Skilled in MySQL
• System Administration: Familiar with Linux systems
• Containerization: Proficient in Docker deployment

Experience Requirements:

• Extensive experience in both frontend and backend development
• Exceptional debugging skills and problem-solving abilities (Critical requirement)
• Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve system anomalies
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools preferred
• Proficiency in Python PyTorch deep learning skills (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Primary development using Claude Code
• Focus on system debugging and troubleshooting
• Participate in intelligent transportation system feature development and maintenance
• Ensure system stability and performance optimization
