Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Will be responsible for managing Central Park Abuja's employee and overseeing all departmental functions including but not limited to:

  • Recruitment and sff retainment strategy
  • Synchronized staffing and reporting systems
  • Resolve conflicts through positive and professional mediation
  • Strictly maintain employee and workplace privacy
  • Plan interviews, orientations,leave notifications,training sessions, etc
  • Supervising the day-to-day operations of CPA Staff.
  • Learning and training structures
  • Compensation and benefits
  • Organizational behavioral developlement

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years relevant work experience.
  • High knowledge of emotional intelligence and empathy, click resolution, delegation and disciplinary processes
  • Ability to train and coach staff
  • Solid Communication skills
  • Knowledge of relevant Nigeria labor laws
  • Familiary with budget planning & enforcement and customer service procedures
  • General business and management skills
  • Adequate knoweldge of benchmarking processes and procedures.
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinging, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Exceptional leadership, time.task, and resources management skills
  • Completency in Microsoft application including Word excel, and outlook
  • Experience using HRM Softaware
