Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Nigeria, RAIN (RC Number: 1607482) is an AI Robotics training & research centre built solely to advance local content in Robotics and Artificial Intelligence. The centre is located in a cul-de-sac area of Ibadan and is equipped with ultramodern facilities for research and product development. The facility consists of well-stocked robotics and embedded systems lab, as well as a 3D and PCB printing, CNC machining and a metal fabrication unit. RAIN also has a generous digital library collection, unlimited and fast internet broadband and uninterrupted power supply.

RAIN is a rich community of intellectuals who take pride in training graduates (and highly motivated secondary school leavers) on Robotics and Artificial Intelligence. Job Title: Institutional Records and Compliance Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

About the Job

• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Institutional Records and Compliance Officer (IRCO) to join our team.
• This is a key role that combines records management, compliance, financial documentation, and student services to ensure the smooth running of institutional operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage academic, financial, and administrative records (digital & physical).
• Oversee student admissions, project submissions, certificates, transcripts, and ID card issuance.
• Ensure compliance with institutional, legal, and accreditation requirements.
• Provide documentation support for reporting, decision-making, and inter-departmental coordination.
• Support financial record-keeping and auditing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Accounting, Records/Information Management, or related field.
• High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration, records, finance, or compliance.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and IT skills (MS Office, database systems).
