Job Title: Investment Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

• As an Investment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing investment portfolios to achieve optimal financial returns. Working closely with clients, financial analysts, and other stakeholders, you will develop investment strategies, analyze market trends, and make informed decisions to maximize profitability.
• This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, risk management, and a commitment to delivering value to clients.

Responsibilities 

• Develop and implement investment strategies based on thorough market analysis, risk assessments, and client objectives.
• Provide regular updates on portfolio performance, market trends, and recommended adjustments to align with clients' evolving needs.
• Prepare and present comprehensive investment reports to clients, highlighting portfolio performance, asset allocation, and future investment strategies.
• Work closely with financial analysts, research teams, and other professionals to gather insights and enhance investment decision-making.
• Monitor and manage existing investment portfolios, ensuring alignment with clients' financial goals and risk tolerance.
• Conduct in-depth research on financial markets, industries, and individual securities to identify investment opportunities and risks.
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative analysis to make informed investment decisions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals, risk preferences, and investment objectives.
• Provide regular updates on portfolio performance, market trends, and recommended adjustments to align with clients' evolving needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, CFA) preferred.
• 5 - 7 years work experience.
• Commitment to ethical and transparent business practices.
• Relevant certifications are advantageous.
• Proven experience as an Investment Manager or similar role in the financial industry.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment principles, and risk management.
• Familiarity with investment software and tools.

Salary
N200,000 monthly.
