Job Responsibilities:

Mentoring trainee developers to become world class developers.
Subject matter expert, providing: guidelines, best practices and training to trainee developers regarding web and mobile development, application and design.
Evaluation of trainee technical skills periodically.
Drive creative solutions that results in effective software products and learning programs.
Gathering functional requirements, developing technical specifications, and project testing & risk management.
Maintaining databases and ensuring high performance.
Plan and implement model data structures for scalability.
Gathering functional requirements, developing technical specifications, and project testing & risk management.
Maintaining databases and ensuring high performance.
Creating a secure API for web and mobile applications.
Troubleshoot and fix bugs/flaws within websites and other systems to ensure servers are running optimally.
Security and data protection implementation.
Designing and developing web and mobile software.
Full-stack web development from UI to database.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess minimum of Bachelor's degree in any field
Minimum of 4 years working experience in back-end web developent such as: Python (Flask/Django), PHP, JS (Node/Angular/Meteor/Express/React), Java, Ruby (Rails), Mobile Development (Android/ios).
Must have 4 years solid experience on HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and other Web UI presentation frameworks.
Experience with the entire software development life cycle and tools.
Experience in managing host environments, implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.
Deep knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
Proficiency with database management and back-end programming languages.
Solid communication skills/soft skills.
Good understanding of Agile Methodology.
Strong understanding of the Software design/architecture process.
Must be resident in Lagos.
