Job Title: Reconciliation Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Brief

  • We are seeking to hire a Reconciliation Officer to reconcile transactions and payments in order to prevent balance sheet errors, check for fraud, and avoid discrepancies.
  • The Reconciliation officer is also required to support business transactions across the general ledger and sub-ledgers together with other key accounts.
  • To be successful in this role, you must pay attention to details, ensure accurate account information and provide resolution to rectify discrepancies.

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile payments to partners to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions.
  • Account reconciliations such as vendor and logistics payments, customer refunds, etc.
  • Perform daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and managing accounts data.
  • General ledger reconciliations.
  • Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistencies.
  • Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information etc.
  • Answer questions and handle complaints from Clients (Hospitals) regarding bills.
  • Support the financial processes and report activities to upper management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years cognate experience.
  • Banking or treasury experience is an added advantage.
  • Compliance with laws and confidentiality guidelines.
  • Advanced computer skills using Google Suite and Managing databases.
  • Critical attention to details, Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional listening, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well with teams at all levels of the organization.

 

 

 

Job Title: Human Resource Intern

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Brief

  • We are seeking to hire a Human Resource Intern to handle HR tasks including updating employee records with new hire information, screening resumes and scheduling interviews. You will also be required to assist in organizing and coordinating HR policies and procedures. To be successful in this role, you need to have an approachable personality with strong communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

  • Update internal database with employee information.
  • Screen resumes and application forms.
  • Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
  • Provide HR training support
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
  • Address employee queries about needs and benefits.
  • Review and distribute company policies, processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • BSc / OND / HND in Human Resources Management or similar field with 0-3 years work experience.
  • Experience as a HR role is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with ATS and resume databases.
  • Proficient with Google Suite and MS Office Suite.
  • Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Ability to work well with teams at all levels of the organization.

 

 

 

Job Title: Office Assistant / Personal Assistant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Brief

  • We are seeking to hire an Office Assistant/Personal Assistant to handle clerical tasks like receiving visitors, managing files, supporting the Director, performing other general office duties and errands. To be successful in this role, you need to be proactive, have a pleasing personality with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform receptionist duties and receive visitors as required.
  • Monitor level of utilities consumption, supply inventory and office equipment.
  • Assist the team to run errands as required.
  • Clean office environment and maintain facilities.
  • Report shortage of supplies promptly.
  • Manage diaries, organizemeetings and takemeeting minutes.
  • Assist the Director with important tasks and deadlines.
  • Other miscellaneous tasks to support the Director.

Requirements

  • OND / HND / BSc. in any related field.
  • 1 - 3 years work experience.
  • Experience as an office assistant and/or Personal Assistant.
  • Warm personality with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and proficient with Google suite and Microsoft office suite.
  • Proactive and able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work well with the Executive Director and teams at all levels of the organization.
