Job Title: Food Production Manager

Location: Owerri, Imo

Essential Requirements

HND or Bachelor's Degree from a recognized Academic Institution.
Medical Certificate of Fitness as Food Handler.
Minimum of 3 years of similar position or experience.
Ability to proffer creative solutions to problems and to teach, train and mentor subordinates on ways forward.
Quality Control/Assurance experience preferred.
Ability to work with flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Title: Financial Controller

Location: Owerri, Imo

Essential Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
Ability to proffer creative solutions to problems and to teach, train and mentor subordinates on ways
forward.
Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as Company Accountant in the hospitality industry.
Extensive knowledge about the accounting data entry management, account reconciliation as well as
collection, interpretation, classification, analysis, and reporting of financial data, and daily sales reports.
Punctual, reliable and must have strong communication skill
Knowledge about MS office, excel, and Adobe Acrobat
Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines
Strong verbal and oral communication skills
Self-motivated and strong analytical skills
Experience in restaurant accounting a must.

Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Owerri, Imo

Essential Requirements

HND or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline.
Proven ability to advance and maintain an environment of trust, diversity and inclusion.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant field. Diploma in Restaurant Management will also be considered.
Proven 3 years of experience working as an HR Manager role in the Hospitality Industry.
Ability to proffer creative solutions to problems and to teach, train and mentor subordinates on ways forward.
Strong working experience to recruit candidates.
Good knowledge of rules and regulations of employment.
Familiar with resume databases, payroll software, and applicant tracking systems.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work for long working hours as and when required.

Job Title: Head of Operations

Location: Owerri, Imo

Essential Requirements

HND or Bachelor's Degree from any recognized academic institution.
Proven ability to coordinate multiple departments toward maximum productivity.
Ability to proffer creative solutions to problems and to teach, train and mentor subordinates on ways forward.
Proven knowledge and experience in QSR operations with strong communication and problem solving
capabilities.
Demonstrated experience in staff training, mentoring, team building and policy compliance drive, as well as
equipment maintenance and production floor management.
Excellent leadership skills with hands-on approach, and the "lead by example" work style.
Proven experience in using ICT in different platforms.
Ability to work under intense pressure.
