Job Title: Hotel Supervisor

Location: Benin City, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The supervisor assists with and oversees guest check-in and check-out of the hotel
  • The supervisor ensures that all front desk employees engage politely and attentively with incoming and departing guests
  • The supervisor also assists the front office team in making reservations and answers incoming telephone calls
  • Other duties include assisting guests with special requests. When the front desk manager takes a break or is out for the day, the supervisor can generally assist guests as the manager on duty
  • Assists the hotel manager to ensure the smooth running of hotel operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, HND qualification
  • 2 - 4 years Experience
  • Applicants residing in Oluku, Isihor, Ugbowo Uselu and environs prefereably.

 

 

Job Title: Hotel Receptionist

Location: Benin City, Edo
Employment Type: Full Time

Role Overview

  • Welcome guests, check guests in and out of the hotel, deal with guest queries, provide prompt and professional guest service to meet guest needs and ensure guest satisfaction.

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Inform guests of hotel rates and services
  • Make and confirm reservations for guests
  • Ensure proper room allocation
  • Register and check guests in
  • Confirm relevant guest information
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of guest room bookings
  • Listen and respond to guest queries and requests both in-person and by phone
  • Close guest accounts and check guests out
  • Maintain a neat and orderly front desk and reception area

Job Title: Hotel Accountant

Location: Benin City, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Controlling the payroll and reconciling bank statements.
  • Preparing accurate month-end account with comparison to forecast.
  • Preparing profit and loss account and the balance sheet for senior management.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and business planning including project room revenue.
  • Chasing late payment, reporting bad debts and keeping an eye o the cash flow.
  • Process cash disbursement and cash receipts.
  • Perform month-end close reconciliation and financial analysis.
  • Assist with preparing budget and forecasts.
  • Review daily cash balance and maintain cash flow projections.
  • Prepare a monthly bank reconciliation for all company account.
  • Review vendor invoice and monthly statement to ensure all expenses are processed on Software.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with experience as full-time bookkeeper preferably in a hotel environment.
  • Punctual, reliable and must have strong communication skill.
  • Knowledge about MS office, excel and accounting software.
  • Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and oral communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and strong analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail, prioritization skill and time management.
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude.
  • Able to interact effectively with all level of management and vendors.
  • Skill in the use of Sage Business Cloud Accounting Software.

 

 

Job Title: Hotel Manager

Location: Benin City, Edo
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Must have the capacity to coordinate all the departments
  • Monitors and oversees all the facilities
  • Ensure the efficient maintenance of all facilities
  • Ensure appropriate internal control system are strictly adhered to
  • Must be computer literate
  • Ensure daily, weekly and monthly operational report reach the office of the Managing Director
  • Prepare strategic plans to ensure that target are met
  • Anaylise existing strategies and practices, identifying areas for improvement
  • To expand revenue sources
  • Provide direction and motivate staff.

Qualification and Experience

  • Minimum of a First Degree in a related discipline
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years working experience.
