We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Payroll Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for processing payroll for the company and outsourced clients.
  • Responsible for ensuring payments for salaries and regulatory dues.
  • Processing the monthly payroll within agreed deadlines with clients
  • Responsible for ensuring Real Time Information reports
  • Ensuring the calculations for salary/wage deductions are made accurately and that payments to third parties are made in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for ensuring electronic bank payroll runs are executed in a timely manner.
  • Liaison with HR teams of both in-house and outsourced staffto ensure all personal information is integrated with QUEST payroll for accurate processing.
  • Posting payroll journals for each payment run with primary responsibility for the reconciliation of the payroll control accounts

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 2 - 4 years relevant work experience.
