Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Ketu, Lagos
Sector: Manufacturing

Job Summary

• As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations on the production floor, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
• You’ll lead a team of operators and technicians, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure that production targets are met without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet daily output goals
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to resolve issues
• Maintain accurate production records and generate reports
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
• Monitor workflow, equipment, and personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff

Job Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and production management software.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
