Job Title: Senior ICT Advisor

Location: Alimosho, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Requirements
The Consultant must have minimum qualification and experience as follows:

• Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent degree with technology emphasis or concentration.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience on any project in West Africa.
• Fluency in the English language and demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Possess professional certification in the project management field (Prince2 or PMP) and have a minimum of six years of experience in a senior technical role on a similar project in the West African region.
• Have at least one of the below quality assurance or ICT Governance professional certifications: ISO900X, CISA, CGEIT, MCSE, CCNA, and TOGAF.
• Minimum of two of the below professional certification: TOGAF, MCSE, CCNA, Amazon AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Associate Cloud Engineer, Cloud, and Microsoft Azure Administrator.
• Demonstrable experience in overseeing a major data center or enterprise infrastructure in the public sector across the African region.
• An in-depth understanding of ICT network communication and technology such as IP networks, VPNs, fiber optics, and WiMAX technology.
• An in-depth understanding of cloud hosting, data center management, and datacenter technologies.
• Well verse in Windows and Linux operating systems and have managed either at the enterprise level for a minimum of five years.
• At least 4 years of experience in advising on ICT-related issues in the public sector and have held a senior ICT role in the public sector.
• Ability to work closely with functional team members in ensuring that business objectives are delivered.
• Proven ability to communicate and relate complex ideas in a way that is understandable by staff and management without an ICT background.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Eight years of practical leadership experience in implementing, operating, and supporting enterprise ICT systems.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 monthly.

Job Title: Training & Capacity Building Development Manager

Job Description

• The Training and Capacity Building Development Manager provides input in the designing, implementation, and evaluation of training programs and initiatives; implements strategies and initiatives to increase the uptake of training programs.
• The Manager develops an annual training plan and training curriculum for open, in-plant, advisory and e-learning programs in alignment with the strategic objectives of the organization; liaises with the Research and Advocacy department to conduct research, in order to guide the development of training programs that key into the needs of members and target clients (non-members) of the organization.

Job Requirements

• Well-developed leadership and project management skills; strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Academic & Professional Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any Social Sciences discipline.

Job Description / Requirements

• We are currently seeking Technical Translators / interpreters who are bilingual in any language listed above.
• As a Technical Publications Writer / Translator, you will use your proficiency in both languages to translate hardcopy manuals and online reference materials for software products.
• You will translate software manuals, help messages, legal and human resources documents, marketing materials, and other miscellaneous documents used by internal associates and customers.
• This position requires close communication with other departments in order to produce accurate translations.
• Translate, format, edit, and publish internal and external communications and documents into a target language (s) by reading / listening thoroughly to understand the context of material in the source language.
• Proofread translated texts for technical, cultural, and grammatical accuracy to ensure texts convey the original style, meaning, and tone of the source language
• Consult and collaborate with subject matter experts in order to understand specialized concepts and translate them appropriately
• Provide consulting on cultural considerations for internal and external communications
• Complete terminology research and maintain translation memory and termbase
• Follow-up with internal team members and clients to ensure translation meets their needs
• Develop and maintain style guide and glossary for the specific language

Salary
N100,000 - 200,000 / month.
