Lohi Consulting - Our client, a travel and leisure industry in Lagos seeks a travel agent that has excellent skill in resolving customers complaints and booking issues with a good attitude to customers, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:   Job Title: Travel Agent Location: Lagos Responsibilities The responsibilities of the Agent include but not limited to the following:

• Flight booking reservation and issuing tickets capabilities
• Excellent skill in attending to Customers.
• Prepare weekly sales order
• Ensure team compliance to quality and procedure standard

Qualification/Experience

• First degree in any related course
• Basic training in Galileo and/Amadeus is an advantage
• Basic training in IATA/UFTAA is an advantage
• Membership in an aviation body is a plus
• Minimum of three (3) years work experience in related position
• While experience is a important, membership in an aviation body is an advantage.
