Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (North Central) to join our team and drive sales growth in the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets.
• Drive market expansion and increase brand presence within the North Central region.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
• Ensure effective implementation of promotional activities and trade marketing initiatives.
• Oversee pricing, negotiations, and contract management with key clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the regional sales team to ensure performance excellence.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• HND/BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of practical sales experience with a proven track record of achievements.
• Ability to drive sales performance and exceed targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Must be willing to travel within the region as required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the North Central market and industry trends.
