Job Description

• We are seeking an individual who will help to identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure the financial institution's stability and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
• Identify and assess potential risks through thorough analysis and risk assessment techniques.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and stress testing.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate risk management into business processes.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Monitor and report on risk exposures and risk management activities.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements.

Eligibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional certification in risk management (e.g., FRM, PRM, CRM, or CRMP) is preferred.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in risk management within a financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of risk management principles, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
