Job Description

• Contact customers by phone and email
• Answer enquiries
• Support sales department with administrative and promotional activities
• Telemarketing / customer service
• Identify ne customers via cold calls
• Directing feedbacks from customers to relevant departments

Qualifications

• HND / B.Sc Degree
• Good inter-personal and customer service skills
• Telemarketing / customer service.
• 2 - 5 years work experience
• Previous working experience in sales administration
