We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Generate the estimated sales
• Generate invoice for sales before and after the sales process.
• Create marketing and sales strategies and plan in alignment with the company’s goals and financial targets.
• Sales Analysis: Analyze and identify bestselling products and identify ways to boost sales on low selling products.
• Ensure minimal cost of execution and strategies
• Suggest and executive at least one marketing strategy that will drive sales monthly.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to create targeted campaigns and promotions to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Introduce 6 new business customers per month
• Introduce 15 new individual customers per month
• Maintain existing customers and ensure a minimum of 70% loyalty and repeat busines.
• Ensure customer advocacy from your customers. Each customer should be able to refer you to another customer.
• Lead the exhibition team in at least 2 exhibitions per quarter
• Verify all graphics and videos for public usage to ensure it meets company’s standard and in line with company’s brand identity and standard.
• In conjunction with the HR Manager, carry out training and coaching of the sales team; identify their strengths and weaknesses in a bit to meet up with sales targets.
• Maintain motivation of the sales team and drive them to ensure targets are met monthly.
• Ensure customer inquiries and complaints are attended to within 12 hours.
• Follow up and ensure customers data collection.
• Ensure prompt mailing and texting of customers by the sales team.
• Create a feedback channel to get direct response from customers.
• In conjunction with the content creator, maintain a content relevance score of 90% or above, ensuring all content is aligned with audience interests societal and industry trends.
• Represent the company at events, conferences and other corporate/social events as the need arises.
• Collaborate with the PR/social media Officer to create targeted marketing adverts

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor' Degree qualification with 2 - 5 years work experience.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 / Month.
