Erisco Foods Limited is a leading manufacturer of Tomato paste and other made in Nigeria drinks and food products and the 4th largest tomato paste producing company in the world.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Merchandizer

Location: Suleja, Niger
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Sales Merchandiser will be responsible for ensuring effective visibility, availability, and positioning of Erisco Foods products in retail outlets. The role requires strong attention to detail, relationship-building skills, and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure proper display of Erisco Foods products in all assigned retail locations.
• Maintain adequate stock levels, arrange product displays, and monitor shelf positioning.
• Implement marketing and promotional campaigns effectively.
• Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities and pricing trends.
• Achieve set sales and merchandising targets within the assigned area.
• Visit stores regularly to identify and address any gaps or challenges.
• Establish and maintain relationships with store owners and key decision-makers.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND / NCE / HND / B.Sc in Marketing, Business, or any related field is an advantage.
• Must be familiar with the Suleja market and its retail dynamics.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Reside in or around Suleja is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in sales or merchandising, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
