Job Title: Team Lead
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

• We are on a lookout for qualified team leaders to manage our teams and provide effective guidance for them on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Have open communication culture and be able to create an inspiring team environment.
• Set clear team goals
• Set deadlines for delegated tasks
• Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve all conflicts and issues.
• Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
• Encourage creativity and risk-taking
• Suggest and organize team building activities.
• Oversee day-to-day operation
• Monitor team performance
• Motivate team members
• Discover training needs while also providing training.

Requirements

• First Degree or equivalent in management course will be added advantage
• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Decision-making skills
• Good knowledge of performance metrics
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.

Salary
NGN100,000 - 150,000 / Month.
