Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Basic Job Roles
The Restaurant Manager shall:

  • Plan/manage restaurant staff work schedules
  • Supervise the entire day-to -day activities of the facility.
  • Ensure standards of hygiene are maintained and that the facility complies with health and safety regulations
  • Resolve customers’ complaints professionally
  • Interface with customers to monitor product feedback.
  • Devise cost cutting technique(s) to achieve optimal result without compromising standards.
  • Ensure customers are attended to promptly
  • Improve product marketability and profitability

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree / HND in Food Science or related courses with 5 to 7 years working experience in the hospitality sector.

 

 

Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • This person will be responsible for providing passionate, charming and attentive service delivery to all customers according to our service standards in order to ensure guest satisfaction.

Job Summary

  • As the Restaurant Supervisor, you will work alongside a small team and oversees the overarching aspects of the restaurant, which include cleaning of all areas, including the dining area and restrooms, ensuring smooth operation of activities in the eatery and maintaining relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensures all products are available and displayed at required times (in line with display schedule).
  • Create a good communication link with kitchen staff to ensure the right products comes out quickly.
  • Ensure that staff are conversant with product portions, prices and codes.
  • Ensures sales entries are correctly entered and receipts are issued to customer before money is collected.
  • To ensure the punctuality and time keeping of your team to meet requirements.
  • Maintain and guarantee an excellent level of hygiene at all the time
  • Ensure customers are attended to in a courteous and friendly manner and swift resolution is given to their issues/complaints.
  • Ensure that all staff are at their designated work area and absenteeism is promptly detected and addressed.
  • Send daily report of activities to manager.

Qualifications

  • A University Degree / HND qualification
  • A minimum of 3 years work experience.
  • Must have prior experience in hospitality industry, preferably a restaurant or hotel, Firm, decisive and energetic, Customer-oriented.

 

 

 

Job Title: Head of Audit

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Head of Audit shall:

  • Carry out monthly market survey and advise management on market trend.
  • Audit the activities of all departments to ensure that laid down procedures and processes are strictly followed.
  • Analyze new products to determine its contribution/ profitability and advise management on whether to accept or reject.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statement.
  • Receive and verify all items together with the outlet’s management
  • Ensure that all money released is used for the purpose for which it is released.
  • Conduct monthly stocks taking.
  • Audit daily cash sales and verify cash disbursement
  • Constantly audit store to production to sales book to ensure conformity and proper usage of raw materials.
  • Reconcile requisition, goods received note before payment for any supply.
  • Communicates audit findings by preparing a final report.
  • Carry out physical asset verification and report
  • Ensure proper record keeping in all departments
  • Check budget execution: cash disbursed and returns, vendor payments
  • Reconciliation of daily cash sales, cash advance vouchers, cash lodgments, bank statement, and petty cash analysis.
  • Verification of vendors’ payment.
  • Unannounced physical check of cash at hand
  • Cost Control.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 7 - 10 years work experience.
  • Interested applicants must be between ages 35 - 55 years.

 

 

 

Job Title: Marketing Officer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

  • Responsible for all marketing strategies and activities within the company. Oversees the marketing department and provides direction and feedback on major projects.
  • Makes key decisions regarding product distribution, budgeting, branding, and sales.
  • Works with other company officers to set the overall direction and objectives for product and service offerings.

Job Duties

  • Acts as the highest-ranking employee in the marketing department
  • Assists in the interviewing, hiring, and training of key marketing staff members, including marketing managers and consultants
  • Research and analyses market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects marketing strategies
  • Uses research findings and analysis to provide direction to marketing managers regarding upcoming marketing projects, new products or services, and overall strategy
  • Identifies areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy, and promotional activities
  • Approves all marketing campaigns and plans before they are implemented
  • Weighs in on important decisions involving product advertising, packaging, media channels, and branding
