Job Description

• We are looking for a Production Coordinator for Water Factory to join our dynamic team. 
• In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily production activities within our water bottling facility. 
• You will ensure that production targets are met efficiently and safely, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance with health and safety regulations. 
• The ideal candidate will have experience in production management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. 
• You will work closely with other departments, such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products. 
• Your responsibilities will include scheduling shifts, monitoring production processes, troubleshooting issues, and implementing process improvements. 
• You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate production records, managing inventory levels, and ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained. 
• The Production Coordinator will play a key role in training new staff, enforcing company policies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing or related field
• Must reside in Warri
• Proven experience in production coordination or management
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with production management software
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
