Inside Sales Manager Duties & Responsibilities

The role and function of an Inside Sales Manager includes the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the work of inside sales representatives team

  • Set and track sales targets and KPIs
  • Coordinate sales projects to meet deadlines
