Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the engineering and construction sector.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new areas for growth.
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Develop winning proposals, bids, and presentations for prospective projects.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s / Master’s Degree
• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the engineering or construction industry.
• Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets.
• Proven track record of closing deals and driving business growth.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
