Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary:

• We're seeking a results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team in microfinance and Asset Management. You'll drive business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and identify new opportunities to expand our asset management portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to grow the microfinance & asset management portfolio
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
• Meet and exceed sales targets and business development goals
• Identify and build relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and identify market trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics. First Class or Second Class Upper.
• Strong understanding of microfinance and asset management industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or asset management
