Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in onshore/offshore catering operations.
As the Catering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of catering operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food services that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement catering strategies to meet the needs of onshore/offshore clients.
Manage all aspects of catering operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement of food and supplies.
Maintain financial records and prepare budgets for catering operations.
Resolve any issues or concerns related to catering services in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
Supervise and train catering staff to maintain high standards of performance.
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific catering requirements and preferences.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance catering offerings.

Qualifications

Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in onshore/offshore catering operations.
Proven track record of successfully managing catering teams and delivering exceptional services.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and catering management software is preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
