Job Title: Export Sales Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Manage export sales operations to achieve company targets in international markets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with international clients, distributors, and agents.
• Negotiate contracts and terms of sales with foreign buyers.
• Conduct market research to identify new export opportunities.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with production, finance, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate logistics and documentation, ensuring compliance with export laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and export documentation.
• Knowledge of foreign markets, including cultural and business practices.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
