Job Summary

• We are seeking an energetic and motivated Field Sales Assistant with 0-2 years of experience and fluency in French to join our sales team.
• The successful candidate will support our efforts to expand our presence in French-speaking regions by identifying new opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and assisting in the execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential clients in French-speaking regions.
• Provide translation and interpretation support as needed.
• Track and report on sales activities, including customer feedback and market conditions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.
• Conduct market research to gather intelligence on competitors and market trends.
• Help prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals in French and English.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met.
• Assist in organizing and attending sales meetings, trade shows, and promotional events.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is required.
• 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A proactive and positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow in the sales field.
• Must have a valid international passport.
• Willingness to travel within and outside Nigeria as required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
