We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Lagos

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Staff located in Lagos.
• The role includes welcoming visitors, directing calls, responding to customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and coordinating with other departments in the company.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any field
• Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Customer Service experience
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Prior experience in the Oil and Gas sector is a plus.
• Strong Communication and Computer Literacy skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
