Job Title: Sales / Marketing Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

About the Role

• We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual in the Sales and Marketing department of our 19-litre bottled water. This is a critical Sales role that requires knowledge,skills, and a passion for Sales excellence in the FMCG sector.
• We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executive (Male & female) to develop new sales channels, build client relationships, and expand our market presence across Lagos.
• You will be instrumental in placing our water in homes, offices, schools, and industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new customers (B2B and B2C).
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
• Coordinate with dispatch for timely deliveries.
• Represent the Royal Water brand with professionalism and passion.
• Develop route-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Track sales performance and report on KPIs weekly.

Requirements

• HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field.
• Familiar with the Lagos retail and distribution landscape.
• Must be self-motivated, target-driven, and field-oriented.
• 2–3 years of experience in FMCG sales or field marketing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
