Job Summary

• We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.
• As a Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in promoting our mobile phones & accessories brand, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote vivo mobile phones and accessories in retail stores
• Meet and exceed achievable sales targets
• Collaborate with retail staff to achieve sales goals and objectives
• Provide feedback and insights on customer preferences and market trends
• Participate in in-store promotions, events, and campaigns.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
• Demonstrate product knowledge and features to customers and retail staff
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and promotions

Requirements

• 1-4years of sales experience in the telecom or (mobile phone) retail industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• High school diploma or equivalent degree SSCE, NCE, or (OND, HND, or BSc.) in any discipline.
• Good fitness level.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Strong product knowledge and understanding of mobile phone technology
