Job Title: Senior Sales and Marketing Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Summary

• Our company, a leading automobile dealer in Lagos, seeks to recruit qualified results driven Snr. Sales and Marketing Manager who must reside in Lekki or on the Island part of Lagos.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree obtained from a reputable institution.
• An MBA is an added advantage.
• Relevant experience: 7 - 15 years of which 5 years experience must be as a Sales and Marketing Manager in Lagos.
• Ability to drive.
• Possess valid driver's license.
• Familiarity with digital/ social media marketing.
• Living in Lekki, or the Island part of Lagos.
• Location requirement is important.
• Excellent communication/ presentation, negotiation, persuasion, and team management skills
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Ability to meet or exceed personal and collective sales targets.
• Ability to set brilliant and ambitious KPIs that will lead to goals actualization.
• Ability to design sales plan and follow up its implementation
• Candidates must not be more than 45 years of age.

Salary Range
Negotiable.
