D44 Technology is a Water treatment company with the professional capacity and experience to execute water treatment and fire protection services. We manage, install, upgrade, and repair all Systems that fall within the category of the above-mentioned field for residential and commercial/Industrial Facilities.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Tele-Sales Executive

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time, Hybrid

Job Summary

• We seek an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele-Sales Executive with a strong background in Engineering marketing.
• The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive attitude, and a solid understanding of the company's products, services, and market trends. 
• With the ability to identify business opportunities, build client-stakeholder relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating quotations.
• Lead follow-ups
• Handle Inquiry calls
• Place Campaign calls to customers (Win-back, referrals, etc.)
• Place monthly calls to assigned customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Customer management
• Onboarding of new customers

Qualifications

• A B.Sc in Business Administration is equivalent to an engineering degree or a related field.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in tele-sales or account management in the engineering sector.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong drive for success.
• Proven experience in tele-sales or marketing within the engineering sector.
• Strong understanding of engineering products and services.

Benefits / Packages

• Salary: N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
• HMO.
