Job Summary

• Rankreform, a fast-growing SEO agency helping businesses dominate local search rankings and attract more customers, is seeking a confident and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team.
• If you have a persuasive phone manner, can build rapport quickly, and know how to close deals, this is your opportunity to work with a results-oriented, client-focused agency.
• You’ll play a vital role in driving sales by engaging with potential clients in Nigeria, the US, the UK, and other target markets, presenting our services, and converting leads into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales through outbound calls, cold calls, and follow-ups to prospective and existing leads.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and progress using our CRM.
• Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with potential clients across different countries.
• Present and explain our Local SEO services in a clear, engaging, and persuasive manner.
• Qualify prospects by identifying their needs and matching them with tailored SEO solutions.
• Follow up on leads generated from email, LinkedIn, and other marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales (digital marketing or B2B services preferred).
• Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated.
• Quick learner, able to grasp and explain digital marketing concepts, especially SEO.
• Access to a laptop, a reliable internet connection, and a quiet work environment.
• Familiarity with VoIP tools like Skype, Rebtel, or Dingtone is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
• Strong command of English with a neutral or clear accent.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience selling SEO, web design, or other digital marketing services.
• Comfortable speaking with international business owners.
• Strong organizational skills and consistent follow-up ability.

Remuneration Package
Your monthly earnings will range from N200,000 to N300,000, comprising a competitive base salary and performance-based commissions.
