• We are looking for a professional Real Estate Agent with knowledge of Construction and with a Civil Engineering background.

• Develops property listings by building rapport and reaching out to potential sellers; meeting potential sellers in community activities.
• Participate in active marketing initiatives, from cold calling to attending industry events
• Attend closing dates and provide support for clients
• Display and market real property to possible buyers
• Prepare of Bill of Quotation (BOQ), also to prepare and proofread real estate documents from leases to closing contracts

• OND/HND/B.Sc in related field
• 2 - 5 years experience
• Candidate should have knowledge in building and construction
• Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Sales person
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of end to end Real Estate Business
• A background in Civil Engineering with proven track of successful sales record
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
