Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Locations: Otukpo Benue, and Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Ensure efficient distribution and timely product availability.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
• Identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the Tobacco, and FMCG Industries.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on results.
• Knowledge of the Enugu, Otukpo, and Makurdi markets and territories is a plus.
