We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development and Operations Manager

Location: Oku-Ajah, Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase LPG sales.
• Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring smooth logistics and supply chain efficiency.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.
• Prepare and present sales and operational reports to management.
• Identify and secure partnerships with wholesale and retail gas buyers.
• Supervise the Customer Fulfillment Officer and Plant Supervisor to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in supply chain management and logistics.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in business development or operations, preferably in the energy or gas sector.
