We are an operational NGO, meaning we plan and carry out boots-on-the-ground projects to accomplish our objectives. We are a dynamic organization committed to youth empowerment and experiential learning through women and youth focus initiatives.

Job Summary

• We are looking for a passionate and creative business development officer.
• This role revolves around building relationships and partnerships at our Ogun State Branch, creating and executing programs and promote the NGO.

Job Description
As a Business Development Officer, you will:

• Develop and execute strategies to expand the organization's reach and partnerships in Ogun State.
• Manage relationships with schools, youth groups, and community organizations.
• Prepare project proposals and reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members to promote Hopewell programs and values.
• Identify and engage stakeholders, sponsors, and partners for the Hi-Explorer project and other initiatives.
• Design and implement fundraising and resource mobilization strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

• BSc or HND in any related field.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Applicant must live in Abeokuta and Knowledge of the Abeokuta region is compulsory.
• Strong passion for humanity and volunteerism.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
