We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Details

• We focus on young and dynamic individuals who can interpret and take the company's products and services to the door steps of potential customers.
• He/She must be willing to manage a team on the go and satisfying the needs of the team members on the product and services
• He/She must build a good working and prospecting habit and also understand the needs of the customers and been able to communicate it to the team members the product and services well.
• He/She must have a good communication skills and be willing to work with other team members under minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Applicants should have a minimum of B.Sc / HND / MBA qualification.
• Three - four years working Experience with any Insurance company with a track record. Also 3 years and above with any financial institution in Nigeria will be an added advantage.
• Candidate must be 30 years and above in Age.
• Candidate also must be a team player and self motivator.

Skills:

• A week training would be conducted for better skills acquisition.

Remuneration/Salary

• A minimum monthly income between N100,000 - N150,000 shall be paid including extra 30,000 allowance.
