We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Trainer

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales training programs, workshops, and materials tailored to various skill levels.
• Conduct onboarding training for new sales staff and refresher courses for existing team members.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and sales performance data.
• Update training materials regularly to reflect product changes, market developments, and industry best practices.
• Organize role-play sessions, presentations, and other interactive learning methods to enhance engagement.
• Support sales events, product launches, and promotional activities by providing relevant training.
• Maintain training records and prepare reports on progress, results, and recommendations.
• Coach and mentor sales representatives on effective sales techniques, product knowledge, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management.
• Collaborate with the sales leadership team to identify training needs based on performance metrics, market trends, and business goals.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with experience.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / Month.
