Job Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team in Abuja or Lagos on a full-time, on-site basis.
• The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service.
• The role involves conducting impactful sales presentations, generating quality leads, analysing market trends, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and convert new sales opportunities across assigned markets.
• Build, manage, and grow long-term client relationships.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to customers as needed.
• Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Generate high-quality leads through market engagement and networking.

Requirements

• Proven and seasoned sales experience in MFB loans, collateral lending, or real estate (required).
• Ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal and professional relationships.
• Capable of working independently, managing time effectively, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in the financial services industry is an advantage.
• Strong sales and sales management skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
