Job Title: Senior Sales Officer

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Officer to join our branch in Ikorodu, Lagos.
• This individual will play a critical role in driving sales performance, managing client relationships and contributing to the overall growth of the branch operations.

Key Requirements

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed branch sales targets.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, production and finance) to ensure smooth service delivery.Provide regular updates on sales performance and forecasts to the Branch Manager
• Support and mentor junior Sales Staff within the branch.
• Identify and follow up on new business leads and opportunities in the steel market.
• Manage and expand the existing client base, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of steel products, market dynamics and client management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Professional Certificate is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B Sales, preferably within the steel or manufacturing industry.
