Description

• The Snacks Development Manager plays a critical role in leading the growth of the confectionery category, specifically the Bambi portfolio, within a dynamic and rapidly evolving market. 
• This role is responsible for shaping and executing the sales strategy, integrating the category into daily operations, and ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams and external partners to drive market success.

What You’ll Do for Us

• Lead the development and execution of the sales portfolio strategy in collaboration with umbrella companies owning the Bambi brands.
• Monitor market trends, gather consumer insights, and identify emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure in-store excellence and strategic alignment.
• Partner with internal teams (Supply Chain, Logistics, 3rd Party) to ensure smooth execution of strategic plans.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, including brand owners and Bambi SPOCs.
• Support the Snacks & Coffee Manager with additional duties as required.
• Develop market-specific sales guidelines tailored to the Snacks Nigeria business unit.
• Integrate confectionery products into daily operations while maintaining strategic clarity.
• Drive sales activities including local campaigns, content adaptation, trade budget management, and BTL execution.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of new product launches—from strategy to pilot testing and implementation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• You are passionate about FMCG and have a strong track record in sales, trade marketing, and brand development.
• You are data-driven and use insights to shape market strategies.
• You are a strong collaborator who can work across functions and with external partners.
• You are experienced in launching or expanding FMCG brands in Nigeria.
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and are skilled at managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• You are a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
