We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Solar Sales Team Lead

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 3+ sales reps
• Provide mentorship and sales guidance to team members
• Represent GT Powertank at industry events, client meetings, and demos.
• Drive strategic sales efforts and achieve aggressive revenue targets
• Build and manage B2B client relationships (Installers, EPCs, Distributors, etc.)

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in battery, inverter, solar, UPS, or generator sales.
• Excellent communication, leadership & negotiation skills.
• Ambitious, self-driven, and target-oriented.
• Minimum 1 year leading a sales team.
• Must have strong B2B sales experience with existing client base.

Compensation

• Basic Salary: N500,000 - N700,000 (Inclusive of transport & communication)

Commission:

• 1% onpersonal sales
• 1.5% on monthly performance above $50,000
• 0.5% of team performance
