Flight Attendant Requirements, Skills & Qualifications

The following common skills and qualifications are required of a Flight Attendant:

  • Cabin crew certification or training
  • Proven working experience as Flight Attendant or Customer Service experience
  • Professional image
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Problem solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations
  • Fluency in English, multilingual is preferred
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Customer service-oriented
