HR Intern Requirements, Skills & Qualifications

The following common skills and qualifications are required of a HR Intern:

  • B.Sc in Human Resources Management or similar field
  • Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus
  • Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation
  • Organizational skills
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
