HR Recruiter Requirements, Skills & Qualifications

The following common skills and qualifications are required of a HR Recruiter:

  • B.Sc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound judgement
  • Experience with sourcing techniques
  • Understanding of referral programs
